<  Restoration & Renovation  ~  alu or wood boom

Ok so my boom is not the best anymore. Im thinking of getting it replaced wiht an aluminium boob. What to you think, will it look horrible with a wooden mast and alu boom?

Stick to a wooden boom! If it is a wooden mast then ofcourse you should have a wooden boom to it! There are several who can make you a nice wooden boom if you are not up to it your self, but really (depending a little on the size..) it is not to hard to make one your self, and you would be VERY proud of it if you did!
Whats so bad about the old one? Why can it not be saved??
